SynLube^™ Lube-4-Life ^® ...for Engines is intended for use in all Automotive, Industrial, Marine, Aviation and Agricultural applications where the use of Petroleum or Synthetic Motor Oil is recommended by the OEM. (Original Equipment Manufacturer).

SynLube^™ Lube-4-Life ^® ...for Engines can be used in all climatic conditions during all seasons because of its multi-viscosity SAE 5W-50 rating and an UHVI (Ultra High Viscosity Index) of VI=200.

SynLube^™ Lube-4-Life ^® ...for Engines is a truly universal lubricant because it can be used in all Gasoline, Diesel, LPG or CNG fueled engines that are normally aspirated, turbo-charged or super-charged.

SynLube^™ Lube-4-Life ^® ...for Engines is engineered to permanently replace conventional Petroleum Motor Oil in most severe operating conditions in high performance diesel and gasoline engines in highway, off-highway, farm fleets, inboard marine and piston engine aircraft applications.

SynLube^™ Lube-4-Life ^® ...for Engines can be used in all applications where the use of any of the following SAE Viscosity rating is recommended by OEM:
SAE 30, SAE 40, SAE 50, SAE 5W-20, SAE 5W-30, SAE 10W-30, SAE 10W-40, SAE 15W-40, SAE 10W-50, SAE 15W-50, SAE 20W-50 or SAE 5W-50

SynLube^™ Lube-4-Life ^® ...for Engines is NOT designed to be used in following applications:

	DO NOT USE in two stroke engines where oil is mixed with gasoline
	DO NOT USE in Mazda Rotary Engines
	Not certified by FAA for use in radial aviation engines

Product Description

SynLube^™ is a synergetic blend of man-made liquid and solid chemically inert lubricants that are thermally stable from -65°F (-54°C) to over 500°F (260°C). The sub-micronic particles of Graphite, PTFE and MoS₂ are colloidally suspended in a mixture of synthetic liquid lubricants.

SynLube^™ is a 100% fully synthetic, multi-grade, super premium, colloidal Sol lubricant.

SynLube^™ does not oxidize nor decompose like conventional Petroleum or Synthetic Motor Oils. It can be therefore used, without oil changes, for up to 15 Years / 150,000 Miles or for up to
4,000 Hours of Engine operation in Gasoline Engines, or up to 2,000 Hours in Diesel Engines.

Product Application

INITIAL FILL

SynLube^™ Lube-4-Life ^® ...for Engines INITIAL FILL is designed to be installed
ONLY after Conventional Petroleum Motor Oil has been completely drained out
and the Oil Filter has been replaced with MicroGlass Motor Oil Filter.

INITIAL FILL formula is used only the first time the product is installed.

Use as much INITIAL FILL formula as is required to completely fill the crankcase.

Verify Oil Level by checking the Oil Dipstick indication of FULL.

Two Versions are available and are fuel specific:

1. SAE 5W-50 rating allows for All-Season & All-Climate universal use in all Spark Ignition engines regardless of fuel that is used.
   (Gasoline, E85, Gasohol, LPG, CNG, Propane or Hydrogen)
   ISO 100 Viscosity rating for industrial applications
   
2. SAE 5W-50 rating allows for All-Season & All-Climate universal use in all Diesel fueled Compression Ignition engines
   (#2 Diesel, B2 to B80 Bio-Diesel)
   ISO 68 Viscosity rating for industrial applications

ADD OIL

SynLube^™ Lube-4-Life ^® ...for Engines ADD OIL is designed to be installed
ONLY after Engine has been operated for some time (several thousand miles)
and additional lubricant is required due to NORMAL oil consumption.

ADD OIL is designed to be used ONLY as "make-up" or "Add Oil" it is NOT to be used for conventional lubricant applications!

Two Versions are available and are fuel specific:

1. SAE 5W-50 rating allows for All-Season & All-Climate universal use in all engines regardless of fuel that is used.
   (Gasoline, E85, Gasohol, Diesel, LPG, CNG, Propane or Hydrogen)
   
2. SAE 5W-50 rating allows for All-Season & All-Climate universal use in all Diesel fueled Compression Ignition engines.
   (#2 Diesel, B2 to B80 Bio-Diesel)

SPECIAL NOTE:

In Diesel Engines which are equipped with Cummins Centinel system use ONLY the INITIAL FILL formula for a make-up oil into the reserve tank. Change Oil filter every 50,000 miles. DO NOT DRAIN OIL.
Cummins Centinel system allows for NO DRAIN for life of the Engine if used with SynLube^™ Lube-4-Life ^® ...for Engines.
Cummins Centinel system is not legal in California, USA.

SERVICE FILL

SynLube^™ Lube-4-Life ^® ...for Engines SERVICE FILL
is designed to be installed ONLY after periodic replacement of MicroGlass Motor Oil Filter.

It is to be used ONLY in Gasoline fueled engines with very low oil consumption.
(Typically less than quart of ADD oil in 20,000 miles)

UNIVERSAL

SynLube^™ Lube-4-Life ^® ...for Engines UNIVERSAL is designed to be used for both;
the INITIAL FILL and as an ADD OIL.   

UNIVERSAL formula is less expensive and offers slightly improved fuel consumption over the combination of INITIAL FILL formula & ADD OIL formula, however the Engine wear protection is slightly reduced and the lubricant service life is limited to lesser of :

	5 Years
	50,000 Miles
	1,000 Hours of Engine operation.

FLUSH OIL

SynLube^™ Lube-4-Life ^® ...for Engines FLUSH OIL is designed to be installed in Engines which have been operated for long time on conventional Motor Oil
(60,000 miles or more).

This FLUSH OIL formula has been designed to remove sludge, gum and varnish deposits caused by operation on conventional Petroleum Motor Oil.

FLUSH OIL should be used with NEW OIL FILTER and TriMagnet for 200 miles
or 5 hours prior permanent installation of SynLube^™ Lube-4-Life ^® ...for Engines INITIAL FILL.

BREAK-IN OIL

SynLube^™ Lube-4-Life ^® ...for Engines BREAK-IN OIL is designed to be installed in Rebuilt Engines which need some initial wear in due to imprecise machining.
This BREAK-IN OIL formula has been designed to remove wear particles and provide additional extreme pressure lubrication required for fast break-in without surface damage.

BREAK-IN OIL should be used with NEW OIL FILTER and TriMagnet for 200 to 600 miles (or minimum of 5 engine run hours) prior permanent installation of:
SynLube^™ Lube-4-Life ^® ...for Engines INITIAL FILL.

SPECIAL NOTE:

Do NOT USE this product in:

	New OEM factory build engines
	New vehicles

Modern manufacturing methods DO NOT require any break-in of new engines.  

Operate NEW OEM Engines on Factory Fill Motor Oil for minimum of 600 miles to maximum of 3,000 miles; then drain and install SynLube^™ Lube-4-Life ^® ...for Engines INITIAL FILL along with MicroGlass Oil Filter and TriMagnet.

Health and Safety

Based on available toxicological information, this product produces no adverse effects on health when properly handled and used. No special precautions are suggested beyond attention to good personal hygiene, including laundering oil-soaked clothing and washing skin-contact areas with soap and water. Also eye protection with suitable protective eyewear is suggested during handling and installation. In case of eye contact flush with plenty of water.
